Introduction
Ms. HAO is a Chinese financial entrepreneur with an international vision who has been working in the capital market for over ten years. Her earlier experiences at Citibank China, UBS Hong Kong, and Huaxi Securities have provided her with extensive expertise and insights in risk and asset management. She is familiar with the directed issue, industrial integration M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) restructuring, equity investment, strategic investment, overseas asset allocation, product innovation and design, risk control management, etc.
In 2013, she founded and became the chairman of HTHS Capital and is committed to shaping the company into a professional platform for value creation and integration of asset management business.

Ms. Hao established HTHS (Heng Tai Hua Sheng) Capital in August 2013, in Qianhai, Shenzhen. With medical and health care, consumer upgrading, new energy, and intelligent manufacturing as the primary investment direction, HTHS Capital combines multiple product types to provide comprehensive financial business services for enterprises, institutions, and individual investors. As of December 2019, HTHS has served more than 55 listed companies and cooperated with more than 50 banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions, with a cumulative management scale of RMB 20 billion.
