管理和授权给客户经理，并定期开展培训
评估客户经理及其与各自客户的关系和业绩

发掘企业发展新机遇
任职资格：
酒店管理、工商管理或经济学专业者为佳
必须中英双语（口语/书面语）流利，具备法语（口语）能力者优先考虑
具备多任务处理、优先排序和有效管理时间的能力
有开发与管理团队的经验
优秀的销售沟通技能和领导能力
具有战略思维，以解决问题为导向
人际交往能力强，具备良好的服务态度与团队精神
其他要求：
必须有瑞士居留权
有与亚洲客户及文化打交道的经验

We are currently looking for an experienced Neuchâtel based:
Account Director (m/f/d)
Your role:
Managing one or more Key Accounts
Managing & Empowering Account Managers (AM) and provide regular trainings
Assessing AM’s relationship and performance with their respective clients
Monitoring quality, efficiency and profitability of our family services
Working strategically and implementing solutions under time pressure
Developing strong relationships with third parties
Identifying new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Academic degree – ideally hospitality, business administration, economics
Fluent in English, Chinese (oral / written) is a must; French (oral) is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience in developing and managing a team.
Excellent sales communication and leadership skills
Strategic thinking, solution- and result-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and strong team player
Requirements:
Swiss Residency is a must
Experience with Asian clients and culture
