艾格隆优秀校友代表——STEM协会女企业家
和艾格隆在读学生探讨关于实施“企业家俱乐部”的可能性
In early December he had the chance to speak with Roya Ansari (Clairmont, 1979) over Skype. Roya is an expert in the world of Silicon Valley startups and currently serves on the board for the Association for Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
2018年12月初，艾格隆的学子们，有幸和Roya Ansari女士通过Skype进行了一次线上对话，Roya女士曾是一名在硅谷工作的专家，现任职于STEM协会（针对于硅谷女性而创立的协会）。
Santiago was excited to share what he learned from his conversation:
Santiago同学对于能和Roya女士一起交流学习表示激动不已，他从这次对话中得到了不少启发，现在摘录其心得分享给大家。
"Roya has vast experience in entrepreneurship, specially in start-ups, so she gave me a much deeper insight into the process of turning an idea into a product or service. We talked about the importance of validating the market before taking action on our ideas to make sure the solution we are putting forward actually satisfies a need in the market. We also discussed on how understanding customers' behaviour and communicating effectively are crucial to sell and bring value to our idea.
Roya女士是一名经验丰富的杰出企业家，尤其是在创业初期，对其他人来讲这无疑是一段艰难的瓶颈期，而Roya女士却凭借其长远的眼光，把一个个不错的想法转化为产品或一套套服务方案，这个过程令人拍手称奇。我们谈论了市场定位的重要性，根据我们的分析和想法采取行动，确保我们所提出的解决方案能够真正满足市场的需要。我们还讨论了如何更清楚地判读消费者行为，而销售的关键在于更有效的沟通，从而创造出额外的附加价值。
We also talked about how valuable it is to live with people from all around the world given that in midst of globalisation having a more comprehensive perspective brings so many benefits when it comes to understanding a global market. She also explained to me the process of pitching an idea and gave me some activities that we can carry out in the Entrepreneurship Club I am starting at Aiglon.
我们还谈到了与来自世界各地的人们在一起生活，是很有价值的事情，当你身处全球化的进程并了解国际化的市场，就会拥有更全面的视角和决策力。
Talking to Roya was extremely helpful. I learned a lot from a passionate entrepreneur with years of great experience in the process of founding companies, and she shared with me some priceless lessons she has learnt along the way. I hope to be able to apply everything she shared with me in my next initiatives, and look forward to starting the Aiglon Entrepreneurship Club together with my friends."
同Roya女士的谈话对我有非常大的帮助，我从这位热情且在创业过程中充满经验的女企业家身上学到很多知识，她同样还向我分享了一路走来的各种宝贵经验，我希望将所有Roya女士分享的心得运用到我接下来的实施计划中，我也更加期待将和同学、朋友们一起创办的“艾格隆企业家”俱乐部。
