1

大客户经理


岗位职责:

密切跟进与客户的日常沟通,包括电子邮件、聊天、电话

在时间压力下处理客户特殊要求

定期开展活动以维护客户关系

维护巩固与第三方的关系

全面深入了解大客户的需求与要求

 

任职资格:

学士学位,酒店管理、工商管理、经济学专业为佳

必须中英双语(口语/书面语)流利,具备法语能力者优先考虑

具有多任务处理、优先排序和有效管理时间的能力

有管理客户/大客户的经验

优秀的组织、沟通能力和计算机技能

以解决问题为导向,团队精神较强

人际交往能力强,具备良好服务态度

 

其它要求:

拥有瑞士居留权(至少有C类许可证)

有与亚洲客户和亚洲文化打交道的经验

 

 

2

项目经理

 

岗位职责:

密切跟进与第三方的日常沟通,包括电子邮件和电话

在时间压力下管理复杂项目

根据明确的目标和指导方针发展第三方伙伴关系(政府部门、业务引荐人等)

定期开展并参与活动,巩固业务关系

策划、执行市场营销活动

密切跟进项目预算与进度

全面深入了解大客户的需求与要求

 

任职资格:

学士学位, 酒店管理、工商管理或经济学专业者为佳

必须英语(口语/书面语)流利,具备法语能力者优先考虑

具有多任务处理、优先排序和有效管理时间的能力

有管理复杂项目的经验

优秀的组织、沟通和计算机技能

具有较强分析能力,对数字敏感

以解决问题为导向,团队精神较强

人际交往能力强,具备良好服务态度

 

其它要求:

拥有瑞士居留权(至少有C类许可证)

有与亚洲客户和亚洲文化打交道的经验

行政助理(可兼职,至少一周三天)

 

岗位职责:

协助项目经理和大客户经理的日常工作

为各团队提供行政支持

维护每周的团队日程表

能够根据需要制定新的行政流程,或改进现有流程以提高效率

跟进会议议程并记录会议纪要

 

任职资格:

工商背景,有至少两年工作经验者为佳

必须英法双语(口语/书面语)流利,懂中文者优先

保密意识强,做事谨慎

具有多任务处理、优先排序和有效管理时间的能力

人际交往能力强,具备良好服务态度

优秀的组织、沟通能力和计算机技能

 

其它要求:

有瑞士居留权(至少有C类许可证)

有与亚洲客户和亚洲文化打交道经验者优先

有驾驶执照者优先

前台经理

 

岗位职责:

接待来访者与客户

在工作时间负责接待台

提供办公室常规行政服务,如复印、扫描或打印文件

安排会议室,准备所需材料

分拣和转送内外部快递文件

 

任职资格:

工商/酒店管理背景,有至少两年工作经验者为佳

必须英法双语(口语/书面语)流利,懂中文者优先

保密意识强,做事谨慎

具有多任务处理、优先排序和有效管理时间的能力

人际交往能力强,具备良好服务态度

优秀的组织、沟通能力和计算机技能

有与亚洲客户和亚洲文化打交道经验者优先考虑

La Soleille Family Office (LSFO) in Neuchâtel and Shanghai is a dynamic fast-growing multi-family office focusing on a clientele from the Asia-Pacific region.

We are currently looking for an experienced Neuchâtel based 

 


Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your role:

Monitor daily communications with clients, including email, chat, phone calls

Manage special requests under time pressure 

Initiate regular events to enforce the relationship with the clients 

Develop strong relationships with third parties

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree – ideally hospitality, business administration, economics

Fluency in English and Chinese (oral / written) is a must, and/or French highly desired 

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Experience in managing clients / key accounts

Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills 

Solution-oriented & strong team player

Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude

 

Requirements:

Swiss Residency (minimum C permit)

Experience with Asian clients and culture

 

 

Project Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your role:

Monitor daily communications with third parties, including email & phone calls

Manage complex projects under time pressure 

Develop third party partnerships (authorities, business introducers' etc) with clear goals and guidelines 

Initiate and participate in regular events to promote and enhance business relationships

Assist in planning and execution of marketing activities 

Closely monitor budgets and progresses of ongoing projects. 

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree – ideally hospitality, business administration or economics

Fluency in English (oral / written) is a must, French highly desired 

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Experience in managing complex projects

Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills 

Solid analytical skills and strong aptitude to work with figures

Solution-oriented & strong team player

Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude

 

Requirements:

Swiss Residency (minimum C permit)

Experience with Asian clients and culture 

 


Administrative Assistant 60% – 100% (m/f/d) 

 

Your role:

Support the project and key account managers in their daily activities

Provide administrative support to the different teams

Maintain the weekly team schedule 

Identify the need for new or adjusted administrative procedures to improve efficiency 

Keep track of the agenda and record meetings 


Qualifications:

Commercial background, ideally with at least two years’ work experience 

Fluency in English and French (oral / written) is a must, Chinese is a plus 

Respectful of high levels of confidentiality and discretion

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude

Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills 

 

Requirements:

Swiss Residency (minimum C permit)

Experience with Asian clients and culture is a plus 

Drivers license is a plus

 

 

Front Desk Manager (m/f/d) 

 

Your role:

Receive and welcome guests and customers 

Operate the reception desk during working hours

Provide general office work such as copying, scanning, or document printing

Arrange conference rooms including materials required 

Sort and forward the internal and external courier 

 

Qualifications:

Commercial/hospitality background, ideally with at least two years’ work experience 

Fluency in English and French (oral / written) is a must, Chinese is a plus 

Respectful of high levels of confidentiality and discretion

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude

Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
